Looking for good AD auditing software.

We are looking for some good utilities for querying active directory user
objects that will allow us to export the information to a comma delimitated
file. Features on our wish list would include being able to generate
current reports based on individual items. (I.e. report of all users
currently on lockout, report of all users with logon times allowed not equal
to XXX; ect.) Anyone that can point me towards something helpful please
reply. Vendors feel free to email me directly.
