2000 Server & NT 4 BDC -> NetLogon = Access Denied

I've a NT server as a BDC due to a network actualization to Win 2K.
I must have the NT machine because we need SNA running to connect with an
external AS400.
Well, everything was right until a day, i don't know why, when i restarted
the NT machine, it told me: "At least one or more services could not start",
i saw the services panel and it was the LogOn service.

I tried to start it manually,but a message with "Error 5: Access denied"
appeared !!!
So now, i can not control SNA because it needs to have LogOn service
started, however, SNA is running,
of course, when i see the Event log, the BROWSER and the Network Control
Manager, gives me errors,
