Hi,
     Thanks for the information.
I have a few more questions in this regard..

1. In W2k, By default, there are some *.adm and *.inf files that are
created. In my setup for example, I find them in c:\winnt\sysvol\system.adm,
c:\winnt\inf

Now, if I want to create an OU and create a GPO called 'MyOrganisation' -
Associate MyOrganization.adm and MyOrganisation.inf to this, then, should I
copy these files to those corresponding paths? And should this path be
specified while using the CreateGPOLink?
If I call Save on the instantiated GPO, will the GPO come into effect in all
the systems in my OU?

2. Also, I find the adm files in a path like this
C:\WINNT\SYSVOL\sysvol\sc10base.d23.com\Policies\{6AC1786C-016F-11D2-945F-00
C04fB984F9}\Adm
What is the meaning of the GUIDs here?

Please explain.
Thanks and regards,
Ramya
