If you are, in anyway, able to access your computer physically...
Install another copy of Windows 2000 on the same partition (to a different
directory of course!) and boot into that Windows. Then move C:\
<old-windows-dir> \System32\Config\SAM to somewhere. Then reboot to your
usual windows. The absense of SAM file will disable all password security.
