what is the error message or code that you get?
is this it? if so, check to see if the access control
on the Win9x machine is set to "user-level", but not "share-level".
If that don't work, try re-installing the NIC driver, TCP/IP, File and Printer share for
Microsoft Network, Microsoft Network Client, and any other needed
services & protocols. If you have admin privilege, it's not necessary
to specify your password when you do your NET command.
