Hi there,
We are having quite some problems with an specific matter; we are
deploying some applications that are installed using Internet
Explorer -signed cab files-; the applications cannot be installed by a
member of plain Users group; the key is that, if we put those users into
Power Users group they are going to be able to install every kind of
software, what goes againt our corporate policies; I really cannot see the
solution, as mainly what the user need is to write in HKLM and "escalate"
provileges, what only can be done -at least- by Power Users... and then they
are "powered" to install any other application... tough problem.
Would appreciate any help. Best regards.
