OK. Confirmed again that the LMHOSTS file is correct and the cache loaded
correctly. Also, validated the setting for netbios over tcp and use lmhosts
is checked. Tried again, just to make sure, and the results are the same.

I have plowed this ground 2 or 3 times but never hurts to try again with a
fresh perspective.
