Use IBM RACF or CA Top Secret. Novell Netware also does this. Windows does
not, unless you can find third party software to do so. This question has
been asked before in the past 12 months, so try searching this newsgroup
[you can go to www.google.com and click on Groups to do this, for example]
for words like "concurrent" or "concurrent AND login"
