I think you need additional software to supplement windows that can roll out
software using different credentials. Possibly SMS Server, or a software
distribution application that runs as a service on the workstation. I
believe it may also be possible to build software installation packages
using software like Winstall LE or the SMS software packaging component and
include a different security context [e.g. login ID] in the package.
