Password Changed

Follow up to my earlier post.
Our adminstrator for our small company left, but before
walking out the door he changed the Windos loging
password on his computer. Is there anyway to get past
the login password without knowing it or do we have to
reinstall 2000 professional to gain acces to his computer?
