When you say "boot password" I'm thinking password in BIOS or on a laptop.
If you're talking about the boot password on a laptop (before windows starts
to load) then you're probably hosed. If you're talking about BIOS, then
short out the chip and you'll be set. If you're talking about the Windows
password (which is a long way from a boot password) then repost your
question.
