Permissions in W2P

I am attempting to install a program in W2P and cannot
run the program as a restricted user - only as the
administrator. When I contacted the tech support for the
software vendor they said the only option was to change
the user to a power user - which is not an option for
security reasons.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
