None of them, really. Those templates can be applied to a workstation or
server, to tighten settings or to restore them to the way they would be
after a fresh install of Windows. Your actual settings can be seen and
changed by adding the Security Configuration / Group Policy snap-in. If you
haven't changed your settings much, or you want to restore the original
settings of a fresh install, this is roughly the same as applying the Setup
Security template followed by the Basic Workstation template.
To apply a security template to your computer, you first have to click on or
right-click on the Security Configuration / Group Policy snap-in to create a
new database, then import one or more templates in the correct order to the
database, then apply the database [you don't really apply the templates
themselves to your computer].
