is it possible to share but hide a dir ?

Hi,

I need to add an Microsoft "access" mdb to a directory but restrict entry to
directory. I only want to allow entry to the dirctory for an vb exe.

Im told it is possible to share a folder (allowing an exe to find the path)
but to hide the share preventing users from opening it.

Does anyone know how I can achieve this ?
