Need help! Outlook security

I recently downloaded an email security update that pulls
up a dialogue box every time I try to send and email. The
box says "A program is trying to access email addresses
you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?"
This was part of the update and I want to disable it.
Does anyone know how? Thanks.
