Cannot login after restoring backup, it keeps repeating the login process without giving an error or error number.

The problem has been solved by suggestions given by Karl
(x,y)? So do I have got the same problem. I asked someone
to help me, and Karl answered with the answer he gave you.
I haven't checked his suggestions yet. Do I have to try
them?
