That'd be nice, but our application requires that each
user have their own shortcut under their own profile as
each user's shortcut points to their own copy of the
program file. In fact, it's necessary to delete the
program shortcuts under the All Users profile. (Multiple
Logons under the same profile do present another problem,
but that's an issue for another day.)
