You could consider using a program like [I think it's called] NTSYSLOG to
spit all the windows logs to another computer running a free syslog client
like kiwi syslog, service edition from www.kiwi-enterprises.com This has
the advantage of 1) keeping the logs in two places, 2) keeping the logs
somewhat more secure from modification by hackers, 3) if you wish you can
consolidate log entries from multiple servers in one central location for
monitoring.
