Hi,
I want my application running on Win 2000 pro to be used in a kiosk, this is
going to be standalone computer.
I would like to change to custom user interface (instead of explorer.exe)
only for a group of users. I tried to set this using gropu policy snap-in by
setting value for local comp policy -> user configuration -> admin
templates ->system -> custom user interface.
Problem with this approach is that the changes affect all users including
Administrator. I would like to have default explorer interface for
Administrative users and custom UI for another group.
I suspect that the reason for this is I do not have active directory on this
2000 pro system and I was told that Active directory can be set up for 2000
server only.
Is there any way I can achieve this.
Regards
