Q318138: Security Update broke ISP modem name

After Q318138: Security Update was installed.
My BlueLight ISP modem went from 'Xircom MPCI Modem 56'
to '?'. After Q318138 was removed and BlueLight
reinstalled, I was able to connect to my ISP.

I do not use 'RAS' on my computer.

Patches applied.
