it simply sounds like you need to find out the local admin
ids and passwords.
what some admins do is rename the local admin acct, then
create a new acct called "administrator", but give this
acct no rights whatsoever. they will then audit the acct
to find out if people are trying to break into their system
(s).
verify that you are using the right credentials.
