1. Keep away from the word 'Deny' whenever practicable. Simply uncheck
boxes, e.g.. if you do not want the Everyone group to access an object,
simply uncheck the 'Allow' box.
2. The Deny permission from one group is reflecting on the membership in
another group.
3. If you have multiple GPOs, either block Policy Inheritance, or
disable one GPO at a time while checking object access - you may have to
log off/on while changing from admin to user. While at it, you could toy
with the 'No Override' option -> the 'King' of all options.
