One way you can do this is to set this in the control panel, display
settings for the screensaver password, but it only works as long as you also
have a screen saver selected and a time out time as well. Also note that
this setting is per user profile and not per computer, so that if the
profile is damaged and a new one created or if someone logs into a
workstation for the first time, the setting won't be there unless you put it
there. I can't find my software CD otherwise I would tell you the reg keys.
There may be a way to do it better with Group Policy.
