If I were you, I'd look at 2 things-- your drivers and possible
environmental factors (heat). If you want to rule out environmental, boot
into Safe Mode and leave your computer there for 8+ hours. If you don't
experience the problem, it must be drivers/software. If you do, it could be
hardware (possibly memory).

Also, ask some basic questions. When did this start? Has anything about the
system (hardware, drivers, software) changed in that time frame?

As for the error messages, a quick look at them shows that they're from
various IIS services. IIS's vulnerabilities (and the fixes/preventative
measures for them) are well-known at this point. You're not giving anyone
any news. Do you have to run IIS on this system? If not, remove it.
