Both are set up static. I would thing that the firewall
sitting in the same rack would control the IP, but the IBM
printer, also set up static, assumes control. The address
I need isn't set up in DHCP for distribution. I assigned
this agency a range of addresses, which they repeatedly
ignore. Politics...
