Permission denied Problems

Hello,

After changing some ACL I have some Problems:

After trien to fix it i found in AppLog the folowing error when
Admin logs off: ERRNO:1000 SOURCE:userenv USER:SYSTEM.

But the System has Right on NTUSER.DAT in \[Settings]\Admin!

And in the Properties/Security-Tab of "C:\" the CREATOR-OWNER
(dont know whether this is the Name in English Version too,
but I hope you understand what I meant) The given access does not
affect the directory itselves, but only children and "grand-childen".
AND: In the main/simple Dialoge not one checkbox is enabled!
Just in the advanced dialogue I find my changes made.

Curious.
Are these Settings that right?

How can I get rid of those Probs?
