Could use some help!
I have 280 remote window 2000 professional pc's. All
systems are set to autolog on to a user. This user is set
to the power users Group.
I have two delema's. In our old 95 world we used to send
program installs via remoteware to the locations. Then
exicute the installs. Now with windows 2000 pro I'm
running into the needing adminatrator rights issue to
install. I've thought of using the Run as option, but I
was unable to come up with a way of piping a password to
the command.
Does anyone have any ideas?
This also brings up another issue as well. Does anyone
know of a third party software or another option that
would change the administrator password after it was used.
Since these are remote locations we would have to give out
the Administator password whenever we would install
hardward, ect.
