Hi Sherry,
          The thing is i already have Domain admin rights
and the problem persists. As i say collegues of mine have
exactly the same setup as me and they can load the
software with no problems! I'll try what you suggested in
the second part of your response, thanks very much for
your advise, it's appreciated.
