LsaSrv Error

Hi,

I need to know how to resolve the following error.

Source: LsaSrv
Catagory: Devices
Type: Error
Event ID: 5000

Decription:
The security package Negotiate generated an exception.
The package is now disabled.

After this error occurs, I get Browser Error 8032 and
Warning 8021.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
