I believe I am able to pinpoint the problem to this
exactly -- Security Policy May Become Corrupted (Q290649).
This is caused after the power failure to my server and
the UPS wasn't much help.

The W2K Server would boot until it halt when it is Loading
Security Policy...

I have three months old ERD Disk and able to boot into
Safe Mode.

How would I tackle this problem? Thank you so much before
hand.
