I think this could be done with a script such as a batch file that creates a
plain text group policy template, then use the secedit command locally on
the computer in question [perhaps by attempting to use the AT command / task
scheduler to schedule this to run on locally on remote computers] to import
the template into a security database and then apply the database. Not the
simplest way to do this, but I'm not aware off the top of my head of any
other free utilities to do this for you.
