Assuming, from what you have said, that she could log on
as the Admin, tell her to go to Start-> Run and type
secpol.msc
Then click on the + sign for Account Policies to expand
it.
Click on Account Lockout Policy. Then on the right pane
or panel, double-click on Account Lockout Threshold
Policy.
Change whatever value is there to zero.Click OK. When a
Suggested Value Change dialogue box shows up click OK and
you should be set.
If this doesn't work, well, it's too bad I guess.
Actually, I just realized that I'm talking about XP PRO
but if the dialogue boxes show up as I've said then it's
fine
