Can't access dynamically created directories via web.

I have created an Access97 application that dynamically
creates folders on my Windows 2000 web server. I have
also created a web application that is supposed to access
the content of these folders. As long as I use my web
application off-line in Visual Interdev 6, I can see the
folder content. If I try to use the web application over
the net, the content in the dynamically created folders is
unavailable.

I have a feeling the problem I am experiencing has to do
with permissions in Windows 2000, although I have set the
parent folder of the dynamically created folders to
cascade all of its permissions to its children.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Shane
