Hello everyone
i am trying to configure IP security policies not for
secure communication but in an ISP environment
the man purpose for applying IP Securities is to block
certen traffic to this server , or allow some number os
IP's to communicate with this server
the Server is
Windows 2000 Server SP2, in Workgroup
IPSec Policy created
all the Default filters & Actions are deleted
only two new Filters and actions are added
Actions , Permit and Deny
Filters , permit all out going IP traffic Mirror is not
set so it will not enable all the incoming traffic ,
Deny All ICMP incoming Mirror is not set ,Allow All ip
incoming Traffic to this server from one subnet
all happend if i enable this policy
ICMP incoming Deny but ICMP out going also denied
ALl the incoming and out going IP traffic is also blocked
HELP me please
