reset password

An off-site user forgot her password in Win2000 Pro, I
told her to log-in with the administrator account to reset
the password in her account. when she goes to do this a
warning comes ons that says that by doing this you may
loose encrypted information.

What's this? This remote user is a lawyer and she has very
important information for very big companies on the
machine.

By doing this will she loose something?
