How to disable Internet Explorer

Hi,

what would be the best way to disable Internet Explorer from Windows 2000
Professional? There's no Active Directory, the workstations are joined to a
classic NT domain.

All activity is performed via Citrix Metaframe, and one requirement is to
prevent use of IE on local workstations.
