How do I prevent users logging into a domain PC other than those I specify?

Hi,
I'd like to restrict the domain users that can log into a certain computer
on the network to members of a certain group. Is this possible? I know I can
remove that computer from the list of computers that people can log into,
but to do that for every user would take ages!
I'm sure there is a quick way of doing it, but I can't seem to find it.
Jason
