Installers for security patches

I work for a hardware reseller, and I pre-install Windows
2000 Server before shipment. I would like to add the
latest Windows security patches. However, I don't connect
the machines to the net, and when you download the latest
patches from windowsupdate.microsoft.com, the patches get
automatically installed on that particular machine.

The question is: how do I downnload the latest patches to
my machine in the form of a typical installer? That would
allow me to burn the installer(s) to a CD, and then I
could apply the patches on my reseller box.
