Thank you for the advice. Unfortunatly when I navigate to
Windows Settings the only thing within the folder is
Scripts(Startup/Shutdown) and that's it. Is there a way to
add the the Security Settings to the snap-in.

The only reason I want to assign logon locally rights to a
group is because I also have FTP running on this machine
and unless the user has this right the FTP server won't
allow them to log in. Having FTP on a Domain Controller
may not be optimal but it is a hardwarwe resource issue
for us.

Any further help would be appreciated.
