If you have access to another account, this works:

>From start to finish:

1. Log in as any user.

2. Download DebPloit (the newest version can be found at
http://www.anticracking.sk/EliCZ/bugs/DebPloit.zip).

3. Unzip it to c:\debploit

4. Open a CMD and do the following:

        c:
        cd debploit
        cd examples
        cd erunas2x

5. Ctrl-Alt-Delete to open Task Manager

6. Kill all instances of EXPLORER (your desktop and start menu will
disappear; this is normal)

7. In that lone CMD window, type:

        erunas2x explorer

8. Repair your computer by the local-SYSTEM Start Menu and its Control
Panel now.

9. Restart, and then delete the DebPloit zip file and c:\debploit, as
they're no longer need. Log in as Administrator with the password you
just set, and giggle.
