your users will get locked out if they have mapped network
drives and they change their password. the user changes
their password but when the machine polls the network
drive, the network drive doesnt recognize the new password
its looking for the old password, so the users account
gets locked out. what we did was tell people when they
change their pw to immediatly log off then log back on.
