Hi there,

When you startup a win2k machine you will get a loading
bar and if you press
F8 you will be able to go into the Advanced Startup
Options. In win9x
machines this can be disabled by editing the msdos.sys,
adding the
following:

[options]
bootkeys=0

However, this doesn't seem to be valid for win2k,
msdos.sys is not read at
startup.

Does anyone know of any tweak or registry key where this
can be modified. I
presume this can also be done by editing the NTLDR but how
this can be done?

Cheers,

Antonio
