I can't think of another way to do this, unless you have a proxy server or
other software that inspects and blocks URLs.
When you do this, make sure this still blocks access if they use the IP
address instead of the server name to access the web server. If you have an
internal DNS server under your control, you could also consider adding a DNS
domain for that domain, such as login.yahoo.com, with nothing in it. this
only helps if the clients are all using your internal DNS server and not
external DNS servers for name resolution.
