Yes very much. Just make sure to remove that name from the permission list
on the share. Right click on the file you want the user to have access and
give hime the required permission. Once the permission is set, the following
will happen
Open(\\server1\share1) will fail
Open(\\server1\share1\sharedfile.dat) will be successfull.
