Hi Uri,
Error log only shows the login failed (Severity 14 and State 11).
Praictically it is not possible to add a logon trigger in our env.
The only possibility I can think of is to run a new trace for some time if
any event can capture the command executed for failed logins.

Is there is any way I can capture the SQL tried to execute by failed
logins?
We have some unusual failed logins and hard to findout which part of
the
application is failing. If I can capture the SQL behind it.. ITS EASY!!
