Or, you can use the command line RunAs.

I think you mean that you want to use Run As but not as an Run As Administrator. Probably your old computer was Windows XP or Windows Server 2003. And now you are using Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 which don't offer other users..
But, there is a download from TechNet to solve that problem, http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/cc300361.aspx

my laptop. However, when trying to connect to the instance
the windows authentication login, an password tboxes are disabled,
and I cannot change them. from the default credentials in my machine
to the other credentials. When trying to run as the user that I want t be,
the default in the menu is 'run as administrator' instead of the plain
'run as'.. What Can I do?
Thanks
