What exactly modules do you want to use SFTP from?
EldoS Corporation prepares SQL Server edition of it's SecureBlackbox package (http://www.eldos.com/sbbsrv/). This edition will let you use SFTP, OpenPGP and a bunch of other security protocols and standards from SQL Server Integration Services. Beta version is promised to be available next week.
