Hi Jason,
Thanks for your clear description.
However I do not think that SQL Server will store the Windows policy
information into a SQL table since Windows policy can be changed at anytime
and that there is no event for triggering SQL Server to update the
information in the table. However conversely SQL Server can check a login
at anytime to see if it is expired according to Windows policy since there
is underlying API helping it do this.
