Securing a Server Install

As a follow on from an earlier post (Structure a New App) I've broken my
questions down a little more.

Would appreciate it if anyone has the time to comment.

1. Can I install a SQLServerExpress instance on a Client server and have it
completely secure (access only by me, my app and not the Client DBA's).

I need to hold some license data secure so only my app and I can reach it!

TIA
