Yes, I just realized that. You are correct there is an ODBC dsn file
using the sa login. I would imagine it might have been set-up this
way to prevent having to maintain user accounts should people need to
be removed or added.

As I tried to simulate this, I noticed a user who initially tries to
go into the database is being prompted with login because it appears
by default 'Integrated Security" is already checked off. Where is the
setting to automatically login using sa account?
